I love a bargain

I love trying to save money and apparently my Grandma was exactly the same, as me so I am following in her footsteps. My Grandma used to stock pile which is buy when it is on offer. I do the same if it is a product I use regularly. I watch programmes in America and some have a whole room dedicated to their stockpile. I have not gone that far as we do not have the space. I thought I would write a list of ways to save money.

Dansez Original Minimal Bounce Bra

In March this year I attended Move it in London. I was given a free sports bra as part of the VIP goody bag. It is an Dansez original minimal bounce bra. I was really impressed with the quality of this sport’s bra and is my most comfortable one. They offered a choice of 3 different colours and different sizes. Before attending Move It I had not heard of this Dansez.  I will definitely be ordering more stuff from this fantastic company. The staff at Dansez were very friendly and helpful on sizing. They had sports tops, leggings and variety of different sports bras. If you would like to purchase these amazing bras or other sportswear please click on the link below

Fitbit

I am incredibly lucky to have two Fitbits the Fitbit flex 2 and the Fitbit charge 2.

I would highly recommend both Fitbit’s they both have their positives and I use both of them equally.

The Fitbit charge 2 is used when I participate in my dance classes as it records more detailed information on my heart rate for example fat burn, cardio and peak and how many minutes of each. It can also detect what sort of activity I am doing for example aerobic, walking, cycling. I love how the charge 2 tells you if you have a text message, phone call, calendar events. It also records your active minutes. The charge 2 records the different stages of sleep which is really useful.

While the Fitbit flex 2 does not offer the heart rate options it is a slim and offers the steps, distance, calories and sleep but not as detailed as the charge 2. It is great option for me as it is discreet. I wear this one for work as its smaller and no screen so no chance it will get scratched. When I can’t wear this on my wrist at work I use a go travel body wallet.

Move It 2018

I was very lucky to attend Move it 2018 at Excel in London. It was amazing. There is so much to see and do during the event. I paid for VIP on Friday and Saturday as I really wanted to see the performances and you could watch nearer the stage. The other benefits of VIP were a Rucksack with lots of goodies that included a lovely sports bra,Capezio ballet bag, water bottle,t-shirt,planner and some snacks. There was also a lovely vip area with seating and hot drinks and water. The event was really well organised and the dancers were incredible. I would recommend Move it to anyone who loves dance.

My stay at Aloft Excel London

I stayed at the Aloft on the Friday night during the move it dance event. The 1st impressions of this hotel were excellent just a short walk from Prince Regent tube station and to the excel. I picked this hotel as it was the closest hotel to the excel and did not want to walk far on my own. I was so pleased to be able to check in to my room at 10.50 am which was very early. I was really impressed with the room it was a great size. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very open which could be difficult if sharing with friends. I had breakfast and a snack lunch and both were excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
